Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, and Israeli credit cards.

Can I pay via invoice for larger orders?

Yes. For larger ticket orders, we can support payment via invoice. Please submit your request in the Invoice Payment Request formΒ and the team will reach back as soon as possible.

Why is the ticket price different on the website and on the checkout page?

Ticket prices displayed on the pricing page do not include VAT. At checkout, the final price will include 18% VAT, as required by Israeli law.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. 5% discount for purchases of 5–9 tickets and 10% discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets.

Are group discounts also valid for workshops?

Yes. Group discounts apply to workshop tickets as well.

Do workshops require a separate ticket?

Yes. Workshops are included only in the Conference + Workshop Pass.

What will I receive after completing my purchase?

Once your payment is completed, your registration is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email which we recommend keeping for any future updates or changes.

The person who placed the order will also receive an invoice by email from iCount.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You can present your confirmation email or registration number at check-in.

Can I transfer my ticket to another team member?

Yes. To transfer a ticket, please email

office@growth-marketing-pros.com with the original registration details and the updated attendee information.

What is your cancellation policy?

In accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations, cancellations may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the event.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or β‚ͺ90 (whichever is lower) may apply.

What happens if the event is postponed?

If the event is postponed for any reason, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. You will be notified accordingly. If needed, you may cancel within two weeks of the postponement announcement and receive a full refund.
