Yali is an experienced Creative Director specializing in the integration of performance marketing and creative direction. Yali Koren brings over a decade of experience in video productions to his work in leading creative marketing departments in the Tech industry.

Tom is the Director of Creative Strategy and AI at Lightricks, where he leads an innovative team that harnesses AI to enhance the company’s marketing and creative efforts. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Head of MTV and Comedy Central Israel at Paramount, and also worked as a Creative Manager at Peach Content.

With 20 years of experience at advertising agencies of 360 brand-awareness winning campaigns for various known worldwide brands. Naor brings valuable insights to the challenges of enhancing and combining performance and brand awareness campaigns after working with A-list talents such as Drew Barrymore, Jason Alexander, Sarah Jessica Parker and others.

Currently head of creative at Navan, previously creative team lead at Simply and Monday.com. In other words, creativity all around. Shmulik has played a key role in building video departments from the ground up in companies ranging from early-stage startups to unicorns. He’s a full-stack creator, writing, producing, directing, editing and optimizing some pretty wild productions that translate into high-converting videos.

Founder of Gum & Gum, has extensive experience in leading creative advertising strategies, including her role as Head of Creative at Mixtiles and as a Creative Content Creator at Lightricks. She specializes in UGC and scaling creative solutions for large SaaS and eCommerce companies. Yael has worked with leading brands such as MyHeritage, Panda, Mayven, Elementor, Flo, AI21 Labs, HiBob, and Tap, and is a partner of Meta and TikTok.
